Breakthrough Profit Partnership
The most committed engagement Matt offers. Structured as a 12-month partnership, Matt participates directly in the upside created — bringing his full strategic arsenal to bear, including his knowledge, his network, and his personal relationships, in exchange for a base engagement plus a performance component tied to the growth he generates. This is not consulting. This is a genuine partnership where Matt’s financial interests are fully aligned with yours.
Why it works
When Matt earns on performance he brings a different level of commitment. With the standard consulting options, Matt gives his full attention to your business during the engagement. But when his participation is tied to the growth he generates, his obsessive personality comes out — meaning he’s thinking about your business everyday on his own time, exploring and considering even more ways to grow it more quickly. His involvement scales with your execution: the more you act on the strategy, the more he leans in.
What happens
Deep Diagnostic Phase (Month 1)
Matt conducts a comprehensive audit of your business — revenue model, client base, pricing, costs, competitive position, and growth opportunities. This becomes the baseline against which all growth is measured.
Strategy Architecture (Months 1–3)
Matt develops the full growth strategy — identifying the highest-leverage opportunities, sequencing the initiatives, and building the implementation architecture.
Ongoing Strategic Partnership (Months 3–12)
1–2 sessions per month, each up to 90 minutes, plus on-call access for major decisions, network introductions, and continuous refinement of the strategy as the business evolves.
Performance Review
Quarterly reviews measure progress against the baseline, identify what is working and what needs adjustment, and recalibrate the strategy for the next quarter.
Ideal for
Companies with revenue $5M+, a clear path to significant growth, and a founder or CEO who is willing to share upside in exchange for the highest level of strategic commitment Matt can offer.
Not for
Companies that are not willing to share equity or revenue upside. The partnership model requires a genuine alignment of financial interests.
